INFINITI NOW Landing Page

Overview:

In the first months of the Covid-19 pandemic, dealerships around the country were forced to close due to safety regulations. To build trust with INFINITI's customer base, the INFINITI NOW initiative was rolled out to promote 'At Home' services, as well as a renewed sense of safety precautions in dealerships. My team and I were tasked with designing and implementing a landing page that communicated this onto all tier 3 websites.


Goals

  • Create a landing page for the INFINITI NOW initiative

  • Highlight INFINITI's 'At Home' services

  • Highlight unique safety precations being used in each dealership

  • Create awareness with customer base of new services


My Role:

i worked along with my account team at Shift, who then worked with INFINITI's marketing team. We were able to determine that the page should be extremely simple, for responsiveness across platrforms and simplicity for the user when scanning information. It also had to be very specific in copy for legal reasons regarding the brand and had to be easily customizable for each dealership's unique safety offerings. From these parameters, I was able to design a layout that easily notified users of INFINITI's offerings, as well as direct them to three main sections of the site - New vehicles, Service, and general Contact.

The landing page was to be accessed through a hero slide on the homepage, which would then direct to the above three sections on the site. Sales and Service leads increased 8% MoM from June to July of 2020 due in part to the initiative.
